SHAUN

Shaun began his post-collegiate career as a licensed insurance agent, working for the largest auto insurance company in the nation. However, he soon became disillusioned with the frequent broken promises of the insurance companies. He enrolled at the University of the Pacific-McGeorge School of Law where he would eventually graduate with distinction and earn membership in the Order of the Coif for his outstanding academic achievement.

During law school, Shaun also gained valuable experience working at the Civil Justice Association of California, as well as in the Folsom City Attorney’s office. Prior to finishing law school, Shaun discovered a passion for assisting accident victims receive fair compensation from the insurance companies he once worked for. He spent his final year of law school working at highly respected personal injury law firm in Folsom.

Upon passing the bar, Shaun began practicing law as a Sacramento area personal injury attorney with the same law firm, helping his clients successfully secure favorable settlement in a wide range of personal injury cases. After several years with his prior firm Shaun decided to open his own law practice, continuing to focus on representing accident victims protect their rights and secure fair settlements. Shaun is experienced in both pre-litigation negotiation as well as litigation of personal injury lawsuits. During his years in private practice, Shaun has secured millions of dollars in compensation for his clients, but he is most proud of the relationships he has formed and the clients he has helped along the way.

Shaun prides himself on his compassionate approach to the practice of law. He is open and honest with his clients, and gives each case the individual attention it deserves. Shaun works tirelessly to advocate for his clients, no matter the size of the case.

In his spare time, Shaun enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. He is particularly fond of outdoor recreation, having spent many years volunteering as a Scoutmaster for local Boy Scout Troops. Shaun also teaches as an adjunct professor of law at his Alma Mater, Pacific-McGeorge School of Law.

"He was professional, thorough, and dedicated to my case. Shaun put my interests before his own, and, based on his performance, I would employ his services again without hesitation."
